Take 5 Oil Change

I had a very positive experience at this Take 5 location. I typically visit various Take 5 centers for oil changes, this visit presented a minor issue as the oil filter for my diesel engine was not in stock since these filters are not typically carried. I was able to purchase the appropriate filter from O’Reilly’s and return with it, and the team was very accommodating. They even agreeded to a discount for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire Take 5 team for your professionalism and excellent service.

The actual oil Change was fast! The folks were friendly that serviced my SUV too. My issue was I was (waiting in line). After pulling up to stage in a bay I by the direction of an employ I had one vehicle infront. After waiting for over 40 minutes to be serviced I was told to move into a different line that already had 2 others waiting. So after about an 1.25 hrs of of waiting I was finally seen. Again the actual oil change was fast the folks that a spoke were friendly. Just the lead up to it not so much.

Although the workers were very nice and friendly I spent almost 30 min there for them to tell me they didn’t have the type of oil my car needed they suggested the most expensive one and since I was already there, and had already waited. I said OK go for it. I guess but turns out after another 10 minutes of waiting They didn’t have that oil available either by that time it was past 7 o’clock. The next closest location was in Garland so I had to speed over there and then once I’m there, they couldn’t even get my hood to pop open anymore. After trying for 20 minutes. So not sure what happened there my suggestion would be to advise your staff what is available and when a particular type of oil …

Very Fast, Professional and I like the ideal that the crew is young. Will Come Back. Enjoy not having to get out of the car is a big plus to me
