Blair's Transmission Services

These people are scammers. Paid 2,000 for a rebuilt transmission in September of 2024. Should a 2,000 transmission job feel like I'm getting rear-ended every time my car shifts... ? No. We let them know and took it back for them to fix it. They literally gave it back the same way we took it to them and said it was fixed to them . It's been since September that they've had the payment and still April comes around and my car is not fixed. I've got in debt having to rent cars just to get back and forth to work and these people do not care. All they've said for these 6 months is they're too busy and so backed up. That's not right. Then when I cancel my payme…

Sep 2024 I came in asked for full rebuilt on my trans for 97 Ford Taurus. 9/12/24 was "complete". Same day he sent me next door for a misfire cause he claim he dont do mechanical. The man at andersons gave my car back at no charge Nov 4th undetermined by him. 11/13/24 I spoke on the phone to Blairs bout returning the car he said not till after Thanksgiving. Meantime I took the car to Rayos Mechanic and Hondoworks in Balch Springs as 2nd an 3rd opinion. Both determined trans was done incorrectly. Dec 9th Blairs said drop the car off. I was promised between the 9th that they would start on the 11th. Came on the 11th and Blairs says boss has him doing other things first bosses orders…

Returning customer! First time I came to get my truck serviced by this transmission shop was a few years ago. Guys were easy to work with and offered a few options to complete the repair. That truck is now gone, but this go around was our family sedan. Same guys same options. Quick turnaround with the option of installing a unit already repaired on the shelf. Got us a good price with warranty! Highly recommend.

Blair Transmission has always taken care of my cars. Two cars, two transmissions, running great! Have recommended to friends and family. It’s hard to trust places now days. Feel complete trust for my car repairs. High Five to Blair’s. P.S. On all warranties - follow maintenance instructions!! Wouldn’t give them out if there isn’t followup.

Blair Transmission has always taken care of me. after two transmissions in separate cars, they both are running great. They have done maintenance work on them, also. Always satisfied. I can go to them just for advise and be able to trust their word. I would recommend and I have to friends and family. Great place to trust for my repairs. A BIG Five Stars!!!! Keep up the good work and friendly service.
