Matt's Muffler & Automotive

Needed a diagnosis of my front end, Michael and team did a Suspension Breakdown for free and showed me some necessary changes I needed for the tires. Thanks for the honesty, It's very much appreciated!!

Been going there for almost 50 yrs as AAA Muffler, my first time since they changed to Matt's. Charged me a $100 for a weld on my tail pipe. A 5 minute repair (maybe) that should have been about $50 MAX! Definitely was my last trip there.

Used to be a great shop when Matt was a mechanic. Place has completely gone downhill since he bought it as he never seems to work on cars any more. Michael is a lazy slob. Constantly says he can't find a part when a 20-second Google search shows plenty available. Received a smoke test & purge valve replacement. A few months ago I replaced it myself & my engine light was still on, so I visited Matt’s Garage. Matt explained the problem so easy for me to understand & know what to look out for to avoid this problem in the future. Matt & Michael Bacon also displayed to me outstanding customer service.

Came in with an exhaust leak and as soon as I got there he jacked it up showed me the problem and had it done same day. Now I know this may not be the case every day or for everyone but for the first time at a mechanic I felt like my car was prioritized and I knew when I was talking to the guys I knew was leaving it in knowledgeable and capable hands. This will definitely be my new go to shop!
