I’ve been here twice for transmission rebuilds for my 07 Chevy Silverado and the last one was just done a couple weeks after Christmas and has already went out again and I got probably 6 thousand miles if that on the first one
This place is very unprofessional. I do not recommend bringing your car here unless you want to be over charged. They don't know what they are doing don't waste your money here.
Husband went to this shop 6/30/23 and spoke to someone was told to come back on 7/3/23 to drop off our 2015 Burban to have the transmission replaced. We arrived at the shop and same guy that he spoke to didn’t know what we were there for. Due to his bad customer service we too our business somewhere else and it actually cost us 450 instead of the 3200 we were quoted on 6/30
